Reflections at Yosemite
I'm not sure of what this rock is called, but I caught it on a perfect late summer day with a great reflection in the water and a puff of a cloud over the top.
Half Dome Reflections
One of my favorites from this shoot. The iconic Half Dome's reflection is caught in the water, which had suddenly become smooth as glass.

High Meadow at Yosemite
This photo is part of the Tuolumne Meadows area to the north of the valley, which is very spectacular, but very different from the rest of the park. This peaceful view is one of my favorites.
Sunburst at Tenaya Lake
This shot was taken during the middle of the afternoon on a late summer day at Tenaya Lake, which is at about 8,000 feet on the north side of the valley. This particular lens (Canon 16-35) captures a great "sunburst," which is a cool effect. I returned to Tenaya Lake to take night photos, which are included in another gallery.
Sunset at Glacier Point
One of the most iconic views in Yosemite is of Half Dome from Glacier Point, particularly at sunset. This was taken on a beautiful late summer day. I returned to take night photos at Glacier Point, which was complicated by smoke from the King Fire entering the valley. Check out the same view in the night photos.
